Native instruments komplete audio 6 mk2 usb audio interface pro#

I was having tons of problems when playing YouTube videos at the same time as using NI and KA6 both on my old Surface Pro 3 and on this new Book 2. And with some sounds like the latest Massive X, the 'All Reverse' patch, I get huge buffer underruns. Brand new Surface Book 2, 7th gen Core i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD. I have the old KA6 (really wish they called the new one MK2 or KA7 to distinguish better).

I don't think that the reason is that the Zoom interface has a a USB 3.0 port (as the Surface Pro) and the Komplete Audio 6 a USB 2.0 port, but I am not really sure. 'MK2') and I have met exactly the same problems as with the 'old' one, again caused by the Wdf01000.sys file.
